Mustafa (Onur Tuna) and Judge Gıyaseddin (Mehmet Özgür) have found the stolen Holy Quran and prevented a major conspiracy against the Ottoman Empire. Meanwhile, Boris has taken advantage of this situation to successfully appoint his man, Esat Pasha (Yosi Mizrahi), as Minister of the Interior. A man named ‘Otto’ arrives in Istanbul. He possesses a map showing Istanbul’s secret underground tunnels and is trying to find the missing pieces. Otto is actually one of the world’s most ruthless assassins. He wants to assassinate the Sultan using the underground tunnels. Gıyaseddin and Mustafa pursue Otto, who uses explosives wherever he goes to leave no witnesses behind. But Filinta isn’t the only one after Otto! This assassin, who has come to Istanbul on a special mission, will not be pursued solely by Filinta Mustafa. Boris Zaharyas (Serhat Tutumluer), having learned of the assassination plot against the Sultan, will send his men, Sansar Cemil (Hakan Yufkacıgil) and Azize (Naz Elmas), whom he uses for special operations, after Otto to prevent anyone else from seizing power and causing chaos in Istanbul. But this pursuit will be short-lived! What will make Boris Zaharyas abandon this pursuit? Will Filinta Mustafa and Judge Gıyasettin be able to stop this assassin and save the Sultan’s life?
