Halil Halid sets out to find the map showing the location of these weapons. Abdulhamid signs a railway agreement with the Germans. Hechler is determined to win the contract. He tries to have the agreement canceled. He confronts Abdulhamid. Otherwise, news will appear in the newspapers, the public’s respect for Abdulhamid and his pashas will diminish, and a rebellion will begin.
